Sakpatenti to Introduce a New Electronic Service Payment System
The National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia, Sakpatenti, is introducing a new payment system to improve the quality and accessibility of its services. Sakpatenti reports this.
“Starting October 26 of this year, a new service payment system will be introduced at the National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia. The system will enable the fast and seamless processing of multiple payments simultaneously, significantly improving service efficiency.
Under the new system, users will be able to pay fees using the unique invoice number generated in Sakpatenti’s electronic case management system. Payments can be made through internet or mobile banking, self-service payment terminals, or bank tellers. Users will also be able to pay fees by bank card directly through the electronic portal.
The new system will allow users to view all pending payments in one place, select one or several invoices, and make either individual or group payments. Once a payment is completed, the status of the relevant invoices will be updated automatically in the system.
After the new system is launched, refunds or transfers of paid amounts will be possible by submitting the relevant request through Sakpatenti’s electronic system.
The new system aims to develop user-oriented services and further simplify administrative procedures,” the statement reads.
