The National Environmental Agency warns the public about the weather conditions expected in Georgia on October 20.

According to the agency, on October 20 in Western Georgia, rain is expected, in some areas heavy, with possible thunderstorms and strong winds.

The agency also reports that the expected precipitation may cause a rise in water levels in small rivers of Western Georgia and trigger or intensify landslide and mudflow processes in hilly and mountainous areas (danger level — low).
