The National Bank of Georgia has set a new currency exchange rate. As a result of trading on October 29, the US dollar depreciated and amounted to 2.7154 lari. The rate that was in effect today was 2.7212 lari.

The euro also weakened — its rate amounted to 3.1621 lari, compared to 3.1740 lari earlier today.

The Turkish lira also depreciated, with its value standing at 0.0647 lari.

The exchange rate established as a result of today’s trading will take effect on October 30.
