The parliamentary delegation of Georgia, headed by Givi Mikanadze, held meetings in India

The parliamentary delegation of Georgia, led by the chairman of the Committee on Education, Science, and Youth, Givi Mikanadze, held meetings in India. This was reported by the Parliament of Georgia.
Members of the Committee on Education, Science, and Youth met with the heads of Delhi University and the Association of Indian Universities.
During the meetings, special attention was paid to the importance of strengthening cooperation in the field of education, particularly in higher education and science.
The parties discussed the possibilities of implementing joint research and dual degree programs between higher education institutions of Georgia and India, as well as avenues for future collaboration.
The parliamentary delegation of Georgia included: Givi Mikanadze, Chairman of the Committee on Education, Science, and Youth, and committee members Giorgi Sosiashvili and Vladimir Bozhadze.
The meeting was also attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Republic of India, Vakhtang Djaoshvili, and Consul Ketevan Lagvilava.
