Emaar/Eagle Hills is the creator of the so-called “Dubai miracle.” It is thanks to the projects implemented by Emaar and Eagle Hills that Dubai’s economic potential — not only its tourism sector — has increased many times over, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said during interpellation hearings in Parliament.

According to the head of government, Eagle Hills is a well-known global brand, and its arrival in Georgia serves as a signal to other investors.

“We are talking about a company of such scale whose reputation is criticized by individuals with a very problematic business and political past. I believe everything is clear to the public in this regard. When you walk through downtown Dubai, you will see that around 80% of the buildings were constructed by this company. Among them is the tallest building in the world — the Burj Khalifa. It is clear what kind of international reputation this company has, yet even here the opponents of this investment project are trying to question the reputations of Emaar and Eagle Hills.

In addition to being the direct creator of the Dubai miracle, the company has successfully implemented numerous projects in various other countries, and there are many examples of this. Eagle Hills is a globally recognized brand, and its entry into Georgia is a signal for other investors. Therefore, this investor’s arrival will bring many additional positive side effects to our country,” Irakli Kobakhidze said.
