Officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia’s police department of Mtskheta-Mtianeti have detained two previously convicted individuals on charges of intentional murder committed under aggravating circumstances — A.Ts., born in 1984, and T.V., born in 1991. This was reported by the Georgian Interior Ministry.

According to the agency, the investigation established that in the village of Baga in the Dusheti Municipality, the accused, on the basis of a domestic dispute and with particular cruelty, used a firearm to inflict life-incompatible injuries on M.B., born in 1984, in his own home. As a result, he died at the scene. After committing the crime, the suspects fled the scene.

“As a result of operational measures and investigative actions carried out, the police detained A.Ts. and T.V. as suspects.
