Police in Georgia have detained one person on charges of illegal acquisition and possession of narcotic drugs in an especially large amount
Officers of the Central Criminal Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia have detained G. J., born in 1982, on charges of illegal acquisition and possession of narcotic drugs in an especially large amount. This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.
“During a personal search of the detainee, law enforcement officers seized 75 stickers containing the narcotic drug buprenorphine as material evidence.
The investigation is being conducted under Article 260 of the Criminal Code, which provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to 20 years or life imprisonment,” the statement said.
