Officers from the police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia detained L.B., born in 2007, in Tbilisi on charges of illegal drug distribution, violence, and threats. This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.

“As a result of comprehensive investigative actions, it was established that L.B. was involved in an illegal drug trafficking scheme and forced S.A., born in 2006, to place various types of narcotic substances at specific locations for their subsequent sale.

In case of failure to follow the given instructions, the आरोपी threatened S.A. with death.

The investigation also determined that the accused had access to S.A.’s mobile phone, which allowed him to monitor his movements, and in case of disobedience, he used physical violence against him.

The investigation is being conducted under Articles 260 (prima), 126, and 151 of the Criminal Code, which предусматривает punishment of up to 20 years of imprisonment,” the agency stated.
