The National Bank of Georgia has set a new exchange rate. Following trading on December 22, the U.S. dollar strengthened to 2.7015 lari. The rate in effect today was 2.6984 lari.

The euro also strengthened, with its rate reaching 3.1697 lari. The rate in effect today was 3.1606 lari.

The Turkish lira strengthened as well, with its value reaching 0.0631 lari.

The exchange rates established as a result of today’s trading will come into force on December 23.
