The Bureau of the Parliament of Georgia approved the agenda for the plenary sessions scheduled for December 9–12

The Bureau of the Parliament of Georgia has determined the issues to be included on the agenda of the plenary sessions to be held on December 9–12. The information was released by the Parliament of Georgia.

The Speaker of Parliament, Shalva Papuashvili, briefed bureau members on the schedule of meetings for the autumn session.

“This week is the final week of plenary sessions of the autumn session. Next week, tentatively on December 16 and 17, extraordinary parliamentary sessions will be held. The autumn session of Parliament will close on December 19 with a bureau meeting,” said Shalva Papuashvili.

As for the issues to be discussed at the plenary sessions, deputies will, along with various draft laws, consider the final version of Georgia’s state budget project for 2026. Members of Parliament will also review a number of bills under accelerated and simplified procedures.

The Speaker also presented new legislative initiatives and organizational matters to bureau members.
