The National Bank of Georgia has set a new exchange rate. According to the results of trading on June 16, the US dollar depreciated and amounted to 2.7288 lari. The rate in effect today was 2.7296 lari.

The euro also strengthened, with its rate reaching 3.1602 lari. Today's rate was 3.1401 lari.

The Turkish lira appreciated as well, with its value now standing at 0.0693 lari.

The exchange rate established as a result of today’s trading will come into effect on June 17.
