Lari Strengthens Again — Exchange Rate
The National Bank of Georgia has set a new exchange rate. Following trading on January 27, the US dollar weakened to 2.6932 lari. The rate in effect today was 2.6937 lari.
The euro strengthened, reaching 3.2009 lari. Today’s applicable rate is 3.1950 lari.
The Turkish lira weakened, with its value at 0.0620 lari.
The exchange rate formed as a result of today’s trading will take effect on January 28.
