Lari Continues to Strengthen — Exchange Rate
The National Bank of Georgia has set a new exchange rate. As a result of trading on January 26, the U.S. dollar weakened to 2.6937 lari. The rate in effect today was 2.6941 lari.
The euro strengthened, reaching 3.1950 lari. Today’s rate was 3.1607 lari.
The Turkish lira remained unchanged at 0.0621 lari.
The rate established based on today’s trading will come into force on January 27.
