The Prime Minister of Georgia's Visit to Azerbaijan Begins

The Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, has arrived in the Republic of Azerbaijan on an official visit.

The head of Georgia's government was welcomed at Heydar Aliyev International Airport in Baku by Azerbaijan's Deputy Prime Minister Samir Sharifov.

According to the Georgian government's administration, during the visit, Irakli Kobakhidze will hold meetings with the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, and Prime Minister Ali Asadov.

Under the leadership of the prime ministers of the two countries, the 10th session of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation between Georgia and Azerbaijan will take place.

The Prime Minister of Georgia arrived in Azerbaijan's capital with a delegation that includes First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Levan Davitashvili, Minister of Foreign Affairs Maka Bochorishvili, Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture Davit Songulashvili, Minister of Culture Tinatin Rukhadze, and Head of the Government Administration Levan Zhordzholiani.
