Officers of the Adjara Main Division of the Central Criminal Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Counterterrorism Center of the State Security Service of Georgia, as a result of a joint operation, arrested a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye who was wanted under an Interpol Red Notice. “The detainee was wanted at the request of Turkish law enforcement authorities for committing a serious drug-related offense.

As a result of investigative measures carried out, law enforcement officers arrested the wanted individual in Batumi.
