A member of the so-called parliament of occupied Abkhazia, Adgur Kharazia, who on December 19 killed the so-called deputy Vakhtang Golandzia and wounded deputy Kan Kvarchia in the de facto parliament building, is currently wanted. This was reported by Echo of the Caucasus.

At present, an operation is underway to apprehend Adgur Kharazia. Relevant information was provided to the acting de facto Minister of Internal Affairs, Robert Kiut, during a meeting.

As stated at the meeting, primary attention is being given to the so-called border of Abkhazia to prevent the suspect from crossing it. Enhanced patrolling is being conducted, and closed secret checkpoints have been set up.
