A man's body washed ashore in Batumi
In Batumi (Western Georgia), the sea washed a man's body onto the shore. The information was confirmed by the Emergency Management Service.
According to Georgia's Ministry of Internal Affairs, the man who drowned in the sea had been searched for several days.
An investigation has been launched under Article 143 of the Georgian Criminal Code.
