The National Bank of Georgia has set a new exchange rate. Following trading on December 27, the US dollar depreciated and reached 2.7943 lari. The exchange rate in effect today was 2.8021 lari.

The euro also depreciated, with its rate now at 2.9108 lari. Today’s rate was 2.9142 lari.

The Turkish lira weakened as well, with its value now standing at 0.0793 lari.

The exchange rate established as a result of today's trading will come into effect on December 28.
