The National Bank of Georgia has set a new exchange rate. As a result of trading on May 8, the US dollar depreciated and now stands at 2.7456 lari. The rate that was in effect today was 2.7467 lari.

The euro also depreciated — its rate is now 3.1012 lari. Today’s rate was 3.1219 lari.

The Turkish lira remained unchanged — its value is 0.0711 lari.

The exchange rate established as a result of today’s trading will come into effect on May 9.
